Abstract
This working paper presents in country research on the opportunities, barriers and perceptions
around modern energy cooking in Malawi, and provides insight into cooking practises in different areas of the country. As part of the MECS programme, this paper is provided in order to improve
understanding of Malawi’s cooking ecosystem, with a view to encouraging an accelerated scale up of the transition from cooking with biomass to cooking with modern fuels.URL
